Eliza Brown

Case Manager

Eliza brings 20 years of case management experience, including 15 years dedicated to serving veterans and their families. Throughout her career, she has helped individuals navigate complex systems and overcome barriers to housing, healthcare, employment, behavioral health services, and long-term stability.

Her experience also includes leading multidisciplinary teams, mentoring and developing staff, implementing program improvements, and maintaining compliance with state, federal, and organizational requirements. She has worked collaboratively with community agencies, government organizations, and other stakeholders to strengthen service delivery and improve client outcomes.

Eliza has led complex case management initiatives, coordinated services for high-risk populations, and developed individualized solutions for clients facing significant challenges. Her approach combines strong accountability and coordination with compassionate, person-centered service.

She is particularly passionate about supporting veterans and their families and helping individuals build greater independence, resilience, and long-term stability.

Outside of work, Eliza enjoys spending time with her children and creating memories through family adventures, celebrations, and everyday moments together.
