Camaraderie Foundation pays for the Mental Health counseling services to our military service members, veterans, and their family members through a Mental Health Counselor in the Client’s local area.

All counselors must have the following qualifications: a current license with 2 years experience, current insurance, and 2 years experience working with the military. If the client is a child, the counselor must have 2 years experience working with children.

If you, or any of your providers, are interesting in being listed with our program, please complete the online application and return/attach the documentation listed below.

Complete require document and provide copies of your counselors’ state license and organization liability insurance certificate.
