Nicole Miranda

Nicole Miranda brings a background in operations, program management, process improvement, and team support across technology, legal, and nonprofit sectors. Before joining Camaraderie Foundation, she served at mapLe22, an adult day program supporting individuals with special needs, where she helped build systems and expand their digital infrastructure while working directly alongside participants and their families.

Earlier in her career, Nicole held roles in Operations and Sales Leadership at Microsoft, supporting teams and customers across U.S. and Latin American markets. Her experience includes account planning and strategy, data analysis and reporting, and cross-functional project management. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Central Florida and multiple Microsoft technology certifications.

Nicole is passionate about mission-driven work and believes strong systems help teams better serve the people who rely on them. She is especially drawn to Camaraderie Foundation’s mission and the vital work of supporting military and veteran families.

Nicole has a deep appreciation for family and community, and enjoys staying active, connecting with nature, and caring for animals – all rooted in her genuine love for people and the planet.
