Olesea Aguilar

Olesea Aguilar, MBA, SPHR, is a healthcare Human Resources leader with nearly two decades of leadership experience specializing in organizational strategy, workforce transformation, employee relations, and leadership development.
She currently serves as HR Director and Business Partner for AdventHealth Altamonte Springs, where she partners closely with executive leadership to support organizational performance, culture, talent strategy, and operational excellence within one of Central Florida’s leading healthcare systems. In addition to her campus responsibilities, she also supports broader divisional operations across multiple off-site emergency departments and behavioral recovery center. Throughout her career, Olesea has been recognized for her ability to lead through complexity, build strong leadership partnerships, and drive meaningful organizational change. Olesea is passionate about creating environments where people feel supported, valued, and empowered to succeed. In addition to her healthcare leadership work, Olesea is deeply committed to community engagement and service. She is honored to support the mission of Camaraderie Foundation in serving veterans, service members, and their families through emotional and mental health support initiatives.
