Stephanie Ketron

 Westgate Resorts

Ketron is Vice President of Learning & Development at Westgate Resorts, the largest privately owned timeshare and hospitality company in the United States. In this role, she leads enterprise learning strategy across resort operations, contact centers, instructional design, and virtual training, a unified L&D function she built following her promotion to Vice President in 2025.

Under Ms. Ketron’s leadership, the Westgate L&D team has been named a Top 100 Learning & Development Team, with one of her direct reports recognized as a Top 100 Leader in L&D and another selected for the 30 Under 30 in the L&D field. Her team was also named Partner of the Year at the Westgate GM Conference. A recognized voice in the corporate learning field, Ms. Ketron has delivered talks at the American Resort Development Association (ARDA) Spring and WIN Conferences, the CLO Exchange, Unleash America, DevLearn, and HR Tech.

Ms. Ketron is a certified Emergenetics Associate and serves as Vice President of Operations for the Association for Talent Development (ATD) Central Florida chapter. A veteran of the U.S. Army Reserves, she brings a personal commitment to the Camaraderie Foundation’s mission of supporting service members, veterans, and their families. She resides in Orlando, Florida.
