Biography

Mr. Shin focuses his practice in corporate law, mergers & acquisitions, business taxation and business succession planning. He has represented closely held companies, individuals and corporations in transactions ranging from $200,000 to $40 million. Mr. Shin also handles matters involving executive compensation and estate planning.
